At Mera Gaon Mera Desh, we understand that plans can change. Below is our transparent and customer-friendly cancellation and refund policy:

🕒 Check-In / Check-Out

• Standard Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
• Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

🆔 Guest Identification

• All visitors must present a valid Government-issued ID at the time of check-in.
• Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
• PAN card is not accepted as proof of identity.

📜 Cancellation Terms

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the visit: 85% refund
• Cancellations between 7 days to 72 hours: 50% refund
• Cancellations within 72 hours, no-shows, or early checkouts: No refund

🚫 Important Notes

• Special requests are subject to availability and may involve extra charges.
• Delhi and NCR residents may not be eligible for farmhouse stay bookings (day outings are allowed).
• Visitors are not permitted in private rooms without prior approval.
• Refunds are processed within 48 hours of approval and credited to your account within 5-7 working days using the original payment method.

• Cancel or modify bookings that appear to be fraudulent or due to system errors.
• Decline bookings that do not meet our terms and safety protocols.
